We do not accept liability for failure of either vehicle or contract arrangements with the vehicle owners/ operators.
Our service is limited to operating this online database of vehicle owner/ operators, searchable by public access online.
Upon entering into any agreement with any vehicle owner/ operators displayed or referred to on this website does does not imply
that WeddingVehicleHire.co.uk has any duty of care or responsibility to the contents of the vehicle hire agreement.
Your vehicle hire agreement is totally and completely between yourselves and the vehicle owner/ oprators.

Vehicle Owners
We list your vehicle for public search on our website as in accordance with our terms with hirers above and that;
You forward the vehicle details to us for inclusion (complete) - using the Submit A Vehicle form, for every vehicle.
The current fee is paid - using the PayPal button(if no PayPal button is present, there is no fee currently).
Once your vehicle details are received and we have received any required fee or payment,
we will add your vehicle to our public database and search indexes.
From then, for 12 months, your vehicle will be included in our index,searchable under the counties of your choosing.

We want hirers to have access to the opportunity to hire their preferred car as conveniently as possible, and therefore
require you to provide a contractual vehicle hire agreement to every hirer or quote enquirer we refer to you.
WeddingVehicleHire.co.uk do not accept any legal responsibility for any of the terms of any agreement or arrangement or clause
made between you, the vehicle owner/ operators and the hirer.

We reserve the right to remove any vehicle entry on weddingvehiclehire.co.uk at our discretion, and make payable a refund for
any unused entry time paid for by you.
